known for classic, curated, colorful interiors, our work is rooted in a love of traditional design, antiques + collected pieces, layered with modern art, textiles + a touch of whimsy. we believe the most beautiful homes are personal ones—thoughtfully designed around the people who live there + filled with pieces that have meaning, function + staying power.
the name HOUSE OF DRENNAN honors three of the most influential women in Rebecca’s life: her grandmother, MARTHA DRENNAN; her aunt, JANE; + her mother, KATHY. together, they instilled in her a love of antiques + classic design, an appreciation for quality + heirloom pieces, and the importance of family + Southern tradition.
today, those influences remain at the heart of the firm. whether building from the ground up, renovating an existing home or thoughtfully furnishing the spaces within it, HOUSE OF DRENNAN approaches every project with the same goal: to create a home that feels collected, comfortable + uniquely yours.

Rebecca’s love of design has been around for as long as she can remember—from rearranging her childhood bedroom + antiquing with her mother and aunt to developing an appreciation for architecture, interiors + design through years of travel.
a former teacher + homemaker, Rebecca’s path to interior design began organically, when friends + acquaintances started asking for help with their own homes. what began as a natural creative outlet led to an internship, a position as a design associate for a local decorator + ultimately, the founding of HOUSE OF DRENNAN in 2018.
since then, Rebecca has continued to expand her design + technical expertise through CAD certification, studies with the New York Institute of Art & Design + ongoing training in Chief Architect + construction documentation. she is also a member of the Interior Design Society of Charlotte and has previously served on the boards of the Women’s Art Initiative + the Arts Council of York County.
Rebecca lives in Rock Hill, South Carolina, with her husband, Rick, and their three boys, who have given her firsthand appreciation for pairing beautiful, quality-made pieces with truly family-friendly—otherwise known as “little-boy-proof”—fabrics + finishes.

Kathy oversees Client Services at HOUSE OF DRENNAN, helping keep projects organized, communication flowing + the firm running smoothly. she manages ordering, keeps clients up to date throughout their projects + of course, runs a tight ship—she’s Rebecca’s mom, so she can!
a former homemaker + school network technician, Kathy has always had a love for interiors + creating a beautiful home. a traditionalist at heart, she believes every room could use a touch of red, loves all things blue + white, has an extensive Staffordshire dog collection + collects crystal + silver from her travels.
whether she’s creating beautiful gardens at home, antiquing or finding a place for a treasured family heirloom, Kathy believes the true mark of a beautiful home is how welcome it makes you feel.
Kathy lives in Mitford, South Carolina, with her husband, Tom. she loves to travel, garden, cook + welcome her three grandsons to the country.
