the story behind the names

HOUSE OF DRENNAN was named in honor of three of the most influential women in founder Rebecca Bridges’ life: her grandmother, MARTHA DRENNAN; her aunt, JANE; and her mother, KATHY.

these women instilled in Rebecca a love of antiques + classic design, an appreciation for quality + heirloom pieces, and—perhaps most importantly—the value of family + Southern tradition. their influence helped shape not only Rebecca’s personal design perspective, but the values + philosophies that remain at the heart of HOUSE OF DRENNAN today.

as a tribute to the women who helped shape the house, each of our signature services proudly bears one of their names.

as a full-service residential design firm, HOUSE OF DRENNAN works alongside architects, builders + trades throughout the process, overseeing the details from initial concept through final installation. from fixtures + finishes and custom cabinetry + millwork to furnishings, procurement + installation, our team considers every layer of the home to create spaces that feel classic, curated, colorful + uniquely personal.

this is the required first step for clients interested in hiring our firm for ongoing design + construction projects. designed for larger renovations, additions + full-service furnishings projects, THE KATHY allows us to evaluate your project, understand your goals + determine how our team can best support you moving forward. following the consultation, qualified projects will receive a custom proposal for ongoing design services.

from the initial furniture plan through final installation, our team thoughtfully considers every layer of your space. we develop each room through a curated mix of new, custom, antique + one-of-a-kind pieces, then manage the details behind the scenes—including sourcing, ordering, tracking, receiving + installation—to create a finished home that feels collected, personal + complete.
services may include:
blueprint review, furniture layouts, interior elevations, cabinetry + millwork design, paint + material selections, flooring, cabinetry, countertops + backsplash, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware + wallpaper.

**our construction + renovation service minimum is $5,000. whenever possible, we love to see a project through from construction to completion by pairing THE MARTHA + THE JANE.
